Should you have questions on the lessons email them over and we'll aim to get them answered within 24 hours.
To get the most out of the course you should commit 3 hours/week total to cover time for the lessons and the practical challenges. Please allow 4-5 hours per week if you are a total beginner.
The live sessions are on Wednesday evenings at 8pm. If you miss them live they are recorded and shared afterwards.
